Terms and Conditions: 1. Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to amend any of our terms, conditions and policies without any prior notice. 2. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for your private onsen booking. Joya Onsen Cafe will not be liable to extend your session in the event you are late. 3. There will be no refunds for reduced private onsen time allocated as a result of lateness. 4. Please be considerate and leave the private onsen room by your time limit. Additional surcharge will apply for every 10-minute extension.
