Service Description

Time Limit: 1 hour 30 min Price indicated is for 4 pax per session. What will be provided: - bath towel - modesty towel - disposable wear - hair tie - body soap, shampoo and hair conditioner - jinbei and/or yukata (to wear after onsen bath) CNY + Valentines Day Giveaway 2024 (only for bookings till 14 Feb) Get up to 3 pieces jewelry made from rhodium, worth up to $150 each! *Terms and Conditions apply.* Note: 1. All private onsen sessions are bundled with public onsen sessions. 2. If you are booking the private onsen with someone of the opposite gender, you will have to split when going over to the public onsen pools, as the pools are gender segregated. 3. Payment for refreshments can be made at our reception or cafeteria. 4. You can only redeem the refreshments after you are done with the private onsen session. 5. The price payable in this listing includes 10% service charge. 6. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1. Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to amend any of our terms, conditions and policies without any prior notice. 2. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for your private onsen booking. Joya Onsen Cafe will not be liable to extend your session in the event you are late. 3. There will be no refunds for reduced private onsen time allocated as a result of lateness. 4. Please be considerate and leave the private onsen room by your time limit. Additional surcharge will apply for every 10-minute extension.
