Terms & Conditions

1) This deal is only valid for bookings dated between 9 May - 19 August.

2) This deal is not applicable to public as private onsen premium bookings. 

3) This deal is not applicable to third party private onsen purchases/discount benefits. 

4) The default booking and rescheduling policy apply once a slot has been secured. Any last minute reschedule requests made outside operating hours will be considered as informing on the next working day at 11AM. 

5) This deal is only valid for bookings made through call or WhatsApp, and walk-in private onsen.

6) This deal is not applicable to bookings that have been made on our website prior to its commencement.

7) The customer will have to pay for the remaining 15% discount value in the event rescheduling has to be done, and the rescheduled date is after 19 August, or dates on which the deal is invalid (see below).

8) In addition to the above clause, a 50% rescheduling fee based on the usual price is chargeable if rescheduling is requested within 3 - 4 hours before the booking time (must inform during operating hours). 

9) The private onsen payment will be forfeited in the event of a no-show, or if a reschedule request is made within 2.5 hours before the private onsen session regardless of the reason provided.
