Terms & Conditions

1) This deal is only applicable to bookings dated between 1 - 31 August on valid days. 

2) This deal is applicable to private and public as private onsen bookings. 

3) This deal is not applicable to full payments made via other payment modes except to UEN/PayNow/PayLah! and annual pass members. 

4) This deal is not applicable to third party private onsen purchases.

5) This deal cannot be used in conjunction with the private onsen summer promotion. Top-up of the remaining 15% value is required if keen to get the free meal.

6) The default booking and rescheduling policy apply once a slot has been secured. 

7) The free meal will not be applicable if rescheduled date is after 31 August, or dates on which the deal is invalid (see below).
