Booking Policy for Autumn Couples Private Onsen Pass
- 6 Months Validity
- Inform at least 1 working day in advance to avoid booking forfeit
(cut-off time for informing: 9PM, booking for next day will be forfeited
if inform after 9PM)
- Additional top up at $30/pax for 3rd pax and above per booking
- Up to 12 bookings (5 bookings on weekends/PH/PH eve/PH off in lieu,
7 bookings on weekdays excluding PH/PH eve/PH off in lieu)
1 working day - 10.30AM - 9PM (cut-off time for private onsen
last minute reschedule without forfeit)
Terms & Conditions (for both public and private onsen packages)
1) Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to amend the terms and pricing of the
packages after the early bird sale period.
2) Packages are strictly meant for package holder and non-transferable.
3) Jinbei/yukata will NOT be provided for package holders (rental charges apply)
