Popular choice for couples! Enjoy your meals before or after your sessions! Note: If you are booking for 8.40PM or 8.50PM timeslot, please arrive early to redeem your meals first as the cafe closes by 10PM daily.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1. Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to amend any of our terms, conditions and policies without any prior notice. 2. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for your private onsen booking. Joya Onsen Cafe will not be liable to extend your session in the event you are late. 3. There will be no refunds for reduced private onsen time allocated as a result of lateness. 4. Please be considerate and leave the private onsen room by your time limit. Additional surcharge will apply for every 10-minute extension. Booking/Reschedule/Cancellation Policy 1. Please contact us directly either via call, email or WhatsApp to reschedule your booking. 2. There will be no refunds for booking cancellations, no-shows and lesser attendees. 3. You may either reschedule to another date within 2 months from your booking date or refer your slot to someone on your behalf. 4. If you are unable to reschedule within 2 months from your booking date, the amount you had paid for the booking will be forfeited. 5. Penalty fees/forfeit apply for reschedule request made within 4 working hours from booking time. Any request made outside operating hours will be considered as informing on the next working day at 10.30am. 6. Separate cancellation policy applies if you had purchased our onsen passes through third-party platforms. 7. Should there be a need for you to reschedule, do note that we will only allow up to two reschedules per booking. Separate booking charges will apply for a third reschedule.
