How to Redeem
A digital voucher will be send to your email within 1 working day upon successful purchase of the public onsen full day pass. Present the digital voucher at the counter for redemption on visit date.

Unlimited* time refers to the total duration of public onsen opening hours, typically from 10.30AM - 10.30PM (subject to changes), not unlimited entry within the same day.

Joya Onsen Cafe will not be liable to any compensatory requests for visiting the public onsen nearer to closing time, nor ignorance of modified public onsen operating hours due to failure of checking our social media updates (visiting at a timing where the public onsen is unavailable for access).
To avoid situations where the public onsen closes early, we highly recommend customers to visit the public onsen early with sufficient amount of time intended to use the public onsen facilities.

3. A $2/pax a day extension fee applies for redeeming the digital public onsen full day pass after its expiry date.
