Our Policy

Damage of Property

Any persons found or caught with causing damage to our property or facilities will be liable to compensate for damage, both intentionally or unintentionally. Such damage includes but are not limited to contamination of our onsen pools with substances, and breaking our equipment. 

Theft

Any persons found or caught with stealing our equipment will be handed over to the police under Section 378 of the Penal Code. Such theft include but are not limited to stealing of hair dryer, hair cream, accessories and our yukata/jinbei. 

Unauthorised Use of Device

Any persons found or caught using electronic devices with a camera within public onsen premises (changing room and onsen area) will be given a warning to keep their devices away. Any persons who refuse to do so or repeat such offence will have their full name, mobile number and address taken down by us and handed to the police under Penal Code Section 277.

Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to pursue and take further legal actions towards anyone who committed any of the above offences and refuse to admit their actions.
