Receptionist

Attendant

Food Handler + Cashier 

Cafe Team 

Primary responsibilities:

 

1. Serve and assist customers with proper etiquette

2. Collect personal information from customers and record it into the Point-of-Sales (POS) system

3. Assist customers with enquiries relating to onsen services

4. Ensure that visitors adhere to SafeEntry check-ins

5. Handle booking requests from various platforms and update into POS system

6. Use of Point-of-Sales (POS) system to collect payment

 

Receptionists would need to execute any other miscellaneous tasks not listed above as required by the management.

 

Requirements:

A minimum Nitec diploma in hospitality or any other certification in a relevant field

Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred. Fresh graduates/entry levels are welcome

Pleasant personality and disposition

Bilingualism is preferred due to our Mandarin-speaking customer base

Able to work on a shift basis, weekends or Public Holidays (roster schedule)

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1. Serve and assist customers with proper etiquette

2. Brief customers on rules and regulations

3. Handover customers the items needed for their onsen bath 

4. Assist with the laundry for used towels and post-onsen wear 

Attendants would need to execute any other miscellaneous tasks not listed above as required by the management.

 

Requirements:

A minimum Nitec diploma in hospitality or any other certification in a relevant field 

Fresh graduates/entry levels are welcome.

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1. Take in orders and accept payment from customers

2. Handle and prepare food while complying with food hygiene practices

3. Prepare food in a presentable manner

4. Assist in menu planning and cost management for food and beverages

5. Receive and do a stock count of imported food

 

Food handlers would need to execute any other miscellaneous tasks not listed in this

job description as required by the management.

 

Requirements:

- A minimum Nitec diploma in culinary (baking and pastry) or any other certification in relevant field

- Prior experience as a patissier or any form of baking is preferred. Fresh graduates/entry levels are welcome

- Pleasant personality and disposition

- Food Hygiene Certification
