Note:
➣ Our private rooms can hold up to 5 pax. As the number of pax increase, the rates per pax will be cheaper.
➣ 1 Day Pass entitles to public onsen till our closing time. Customers are not allowed to re-enter after leaving our premises, nor return a few hours later within the same day.1-Day Pass ends once the keys are returned to us.
➣ Student discount is only applicable for tertiary students, and cannot be deducted from Children price (all schooling children up to age 16 are students by default in Singapore education system)
➣ All pricings are NETT.
➣ The Quick Soak Pass Promotion had ended on 31 May and is no longer available.
➣ We do not do bookings for public onsen; only walk-in allowed.

How the Annual Pass Works
➣ Enjoy 50% off for second & third pax public onsen.
➣ The price list depicts the base value per annual pass type.
➣ The payable amount for subsequent visits will be deducted from the base value inclusive of the discount based on the annual pass tier.
➣ Annual pass holders can choose to top up for their current annual pass tier when their base value is running low, or upgrade to a higher tier.
➣ Annual pass holders can use the value in their card to purchase ala carte items from our cafe
(Note: Please ensure that you have sufficient value in your card before purchasing from our cafe).
Terms & Conditions
1. Joya Onsen Cafe reserves the right to amend any of our policy, terms and conditions without any prior notice.
2. The 50% discount promotion is not valid on the eve of/day of Public Holiday, and off in lieu.
3. Benefits cannot be used with our deals purchased from third-party platforms, other benefits in collaboration with our partners and our seasonal in-house promotions.
4. The annual pass benefits can only be used for our onsen services (excludes cafe).
